Our original AMI home is much easier to navigate than new-build 3-story homes on Anna Maria Island because our first floor is on the ground level and the second floor is one easy set of stairs. Truly enjoyed our stay. When we weren’t relaxing in the pool, we were watching manatees and dolphins from the back deck, swimming just feet from the dock. Less than a block away from one of the best beaches I’ve seen. Two short blocks from everything Bridge street has to offer. Hard to imagine a better location on the island.

This is one of the best hidden secrets of Brandon Beach. It’s so close to the beach. It feels like it’s in your front yard and Bridge Street is also walking distance where it feels like it’s your back door. The best part is you’re in the pool and watching Boats dolphins and mullet jump right in front of you. The evenings are great because you can sit in shade on the deck when it’s hot out and be totally comfortable. A recommended.

We had a great time. The host was so responsive and helpful. He let us get in a little earlier, which was super helpful. The location cannot be beat. You are walking distance from the beach, all the shopping and restaurants as well as being right on the Gulf side. The dock was so wonderful and fishing was a game changer for our crew. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

An absolutely fantastic vacation from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations—the location was beautiful, accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was seamless and relaxing. We loved the little details that made the trip special, and it was the perfect balance of fun and downtime. Would highly recommend and would happily return!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It was perfect for our family, offering ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The dock and heated swimming pool were standout features that added so much enjoyment to our trip. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away, making it super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

My family enjoyed our stay at this location. All items advertised were available. It is centrally located on the island. It’s a quick walk to restaurants in town and to the beach. We had a wonderful time exploring the island, knowing we had a comfortable location to come back to each day.

The property had everything you need for a great beach vacation. Chairs for the beach, wagon for the beach, paddleboards, kayaks, a cooler to take to the beach. They thought of everything!
