Une grande salle avec une cheminée de 30 pieds entourée de sol au plafond fixe baies vitrées vous accueille au noueux et Nice. Détendez-vous dans votre salle de cinéma maison privée avec écran de cinéma de 9 pieds et le cuir inclinables sièges de théâtre. Fin d'une journée à Gatlinburg dans votre propre sauna entouré par l'odeur de cèdre. 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains, table de billard, air hockey et un bain à remous privé. Un bien pensé configuration où les enfants peuvent jouer dans la salle de jeux et les adultes peuvent tranquillement se rassembler dans la grande salle ou vous détendre et lire un livre dans le salon en mezzanine. 3 suites de maître avec lit king et salle de bain privée et une chambre avec lits superposés séparée en bas avec la reine sur des couchettes de reine est parfait pour 4 enfants ou même des adultes. Gatlinburg Mountain rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I brought a team of high school boys basketball players to play in a tournament in the area. Everyone slept great, they had plenty of room to hang out, cooking in the kitchen was very easy (functional), laundry nightly for uniforms and tons of entertainment inside the house for the boys between the arcade, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, fuusball (sp?) table, and movie theatre. Would highly recommend for large family (or team).

Reviewer Comments: My family continues our Thanksgiving Tradition of spending Thanksgiving in a beautiful mountain cabin, awesome food and most importantly good family time. We have appreciated the Elk Springs staff and cabins which have added to a week we look forward to where we can escape the pressures of day to day life. Our time allows us to focus on the importance of our family relaitionships and it teaches that lesson to our grandchildren at an early age.

Lovely cabin , overall a good experience

However, when we arrived there was a dirty towel hanging over the bathroom door like someone used it to clean and there was still food in the cabinets, which wasn’t a huge deal but coming in I didn’t expect that. The dishwasher wasn’t working but maintenance came super fast to fix it before it was time for us to check off the last thing needed for check out. Overall we had a great time, and the cabin was lovely. I would definitely stay again

Perfect for our group of 11

I could not think of anything that we could have needed that it didn't have. I took my Amazon fire stick and was able to hook it up in the theater room. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. It was easy to find and had enough parking for two vehicles, we had three and made it work. If you want to book this cabin, you better hurry. I might be about to book it again.

Review of Knotty & Nice Cabin - June 25-27

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ottoman downstairs was broken, and there was no TV in the downstairs den. Also, a major leak occured in the home theater during our stay. It ended up not being a huge inconvenience because we had plans in Townsend that day. However, it would have been a disappointment had we opted to bum around the cabin, watch movies, etc. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful 8 days at this cabin. Perfect week for fall colors. They got better with each day. First thing in the morning had the fire going. So relaxing while watching the sun rise. Cabin was clean and filled our expectations. Just a comment to consider, there is a small oak tree at the corner of the deck that will hinder the view of the mountain at some point, the mountain view is beautiful, however it won't be there long. Some updated view pictures are suggested as well.

New Year's Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was good. The cabin is very close to the central tourist areas and pretty easy to access. The pool table and theater room are very fun for all although the seats in the theater room are a bit uncomfortable for long periods. We couldn't get the sauna to work and the bathrooms needed cleaning. The cabin was not ready for us when we arrived as the cleaning crew had just arrived and we had to wait for about an hour in the cold. The furniture and bedding is a bit dated and worn, the knives need sharpening and the sleeper sofa in the basement is not usable.

However, the heat went out on us and the projector in the theater room would not play; as if the screen is going out. That same Cheetos that was mentioned in a previous review was still in the chair in theater room. Housekeeping is not cleaning properly if they same Cheeto was there from I don’t know how long. The knives in the kitchen needs to be replaced. They are very full.

Mountain Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our Family reunion in Gatlinburg. We stayed at Elk, the cabin was amazing!! But Knotty Nice , is not a 12 person cabin. The sofabed in the Playroom level was all metal springs!!! We put several blankets but did not help, it was painful to sleep in. And the day bed in the loft is a 1 person daybed. So if your party is more than 10 this is not the cabin for you. All other beds are super comfy.Everything else was vert nice.. Fireplace, kitchen, rooms and bathrooms all very nice. We had 6 children in our party that loved the playroom! The rocking chairs outside are a Zen retreat! Loved it. Cabin was clean and everything was in its place. Gatlinburg is a dream.
