Pets are welcome with advance disclosure and the applicable nonrefundable pet fee. A maximum of two pets is permitted per reservation. All pets must be included on the reservation before arrival. A separate $250 refundable pet deposit is required for pet-friendly stays.

Pets may not be left unattended unless securely crated, must remain off furniture and beds, and must be cleaned up after both inside and outside the property. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, odors, stains, waste, or cleaning beyond normal turnover.

Convenient access to the airport and major highways allows easy travel to hospitals, downtown St. Louis, and surrounding areas within about 20 minutes.

A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all Vrbo reservations. The deposit is released after checkout provided there are no applicable charges.
