Consider this cabin your home away from home while you visit Sevierville. This adorable retreat features three cozy bedrooms, including a king bed, a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed perfect for families or friends. With two bathrooms, guests can enjoy convenient showers and a hair dryer for added comfort. The serene atmosphere invites you to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering around or enjoying some quiet time, this phenomenal cabin offers a welcoming space for everyone. Enjoy all that Sevierville has to offer when you stay at our place.


The Hideaway at Grassy Branch has been professionally renovated within the last two years. Every square inch has been touched, including sanding down every interior log, re-staining, and sealing every interior wall for a fresh clean and modern look and feel. As you arrive to the property, you are greeted by a gravel parking area designated for our guests only, that leads to the fire pit and grill or the front steps. There are 5 steps to get onto the front porch. The inviting front porch over looks Grassy Branch Creek, a perfect spot to sit and relax. When you open the front door, you are greeted by cathedral ceilings in the brand new kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The kitchen then opens into the living room, which features a floor to ceiling fireplace with a mounted big screen TV. The electric fireplace offers a great place to stay cozy and warm on those cool winter nights. The bedroom featuring a new King Sized Bed is on the main level, across from the freshly renovated bathroom with a full tub and shower. Also down the hallway is the Bunk room that features Queen Sized Bunk Beds so that kids and adults can sleep comfortably there. Through the living room, you will find the gaming room that features a 2 player gaming console featuring over 400 arcade games, as well as a few other fun games. Through the game room leads you to your private Brand New Hot Tub! Relax and enjoy the hot tub featuring the newly installed privacy wall. As you head upstairs, this will lead you to the 3rd and final bedroom. This room features its own self controlled HVAC unit to ensure comfort in any season. There is a seating area with a cozy recliner and side table next to the Queen sized bed. This bed room also leads you to the second full bathroom featuring a stand up shower. The new stacked Washer and Dryer are located in the hallway, under the stairwell. This cozy cabin has something for everyone!

The Access
Guests have access to the entire house, except for the locked owners closet located in the game room.

The Neighborhood
The property is a 20 minute drive to the Gatlinburg strip, 20 minutes to Dollywood, 25 minutes to The Island in Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to downtown Sevierville. It is located on the side of town that typically does not have lots of traffic. Exceptions obviously happen, but these are typical drive time estimates.

Other Things to Note
The Hideaway at Grassy Branch has a great location to all of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. That being said, it is located in the mountains. The roads leading to the cabin are all nicely paved. The last mile or so leading up to the cabin is windy and narrow at times, but easy to navigate if you just take it slow the first few times. Relax and enjoy getting to drive through the Smoky Mountains.
Along with curvy roads, the Smokies are also known to have Black Bears. Our cabin is no exception. While bear sightings are not guaranteed, they do happen. Please be respectful of the bears and remember not to leave any food or drinks in your vehicles to keep from having any unwanted visitors in your vehicles.
Grassy Branch Creek does flow year round in front of the cabin between it and the road. We cannot guarantee that it will always be noisy enough to hear the water running, but it is constantly flowing. So please remember to be safe near the water.
The cabin is equipped with Spectrum fiber internet, so working or streaming should be no issue. All bedrooms has TVs in them. Every TV in the cabin is a smart TV, so you can connect any of your streaming services while visiting. Please remember to log out of any service you log into while there. A YouTube TV subscription is provided, so that guests can enjoy their favorite sports or TV show. Click the Youtube TV app and click the Foriest Properties profile to enjoy complimentary TV.
