Enjoy a resort-style backyard with heated pool, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor dining, games, and palms. The elevated designer home sleeps up to 14 with 4 king suites, bunk room, gourmet kitchen, decks on every level, and is a short walk to a grocery and two restaurants.



The Space:

The entrance to the house is on a ground level entry, then up a level of stairs (or elevator) to bedroom floor, up another flight to living, dining, kitchen, upper decks/balconies with Gulf views. The master bedroom has a king, second bedroom has a king, third bedroom a king, fourth bedroom a king, and fifth has 4 twin bunk beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the flex room/office. There are 4 full bathrooms. The backyard has a large covered patio lanai area next to the pool with plenty of seating for both dining and separate lounging with smart TV, sun loungers, and areas with shade all day. Garage parking for 4 cars plus 2 more uncovered.



Guest Access:

Private entrances from garage to ground level foyer with elevator. A private entrances up a flight of stairs from foyer. A third private entrances from outside stair case.
