The summer months are considered off season for Florida and it is typically much quieter than what you would find in the winter. Perfect for those who want to spread out on the beach and relax! Fort Myers Beach is finally coming back to life, with ongoing construction and lots of rebuilding. We would love to have you come back and see how our beautiful beach has come back to life in the future!

It’s also great to know that check-in was smooth and easy. We do want to clarify that the amount of dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels provided is standard in the vacation rental industry. These are meant as a starter supply, and guests typically purchase additional items as needed for longer stays. Regarding the bikes, the owner has decided to remove them from the rental and instead partner with a local company to provide bike rentals for those guests who would like to rent bikes. This ensures all guests have access to safe, well-maintained bikes during their stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad you had an enjoyable visit overall. Thank you for your feedback and 5 stars. We're sorry to learn the electric wasn't satisfactory to you. The electric grill is listed in the property description and is located on the balcony. There is also a George Forman tabletop grill in the pantry. We'd like to take this opportunity to explain the owner’s reasoning for an electric grill vs a propane grill. First, electric grills are quite common in our area and specifically in the case of condos. This is a safety precaution for the sake of fires which is a high risk with vacation rentals. The owner is practicing risk management by opting to provide an electric grill vs a propane or charcoal grill. Additionally, the owner is considering rental guests as it relates not providing a propane grill because currently there's only 1 place on the island (Publix) to replace empty propane tanks and they often run out. Not being able to refill a propane tank during grilling is a larger inconvenience for rental guests and something the owner wanted to help guests avoid encountering.
