We’re dedicating our bright, focused, minimalist home’s offtime to bright, focused people. We seek to host those like us: working from anywhere, or needing humble, yet sprawling space for collaboration. We also are open to host respectful friends on sobering vacations away from responsibilities, small families with teenage children, and adult partners and families, whether you need home away from home or are enjoying local entertainment and sights, such as Dinseyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Hawaiian Gardens Casino, Cerritos Mall, and access to sprawling restaurants and bars in surrounding cities and beach towns.

Nestled in the gated Lakewood Shores, the townhomes boasts a living room with a full open kitchen. The main living space looks out onto a full patio with floor-to-ceiling windows, facing a babbling creek.

This space has two bedrooms master room with queen size bed and second room has two beds one full size bed, and a single bed each with dedicated work spaces with ergonomic chairs and spacious, elegant work desks and ample storage in three large closets.

The 1.5 bath restroom is connected to the master room; the restroom has two entrance points from the master bedroom and the rest of the home upstairs. The restroom also has a luxury vanity outside of the toilet room with a skylight window that illuminates the upstairs.

Albeit the occasional mosquito from the waters of the creek, ducks and ducklings and beautiful greenery are a mind-clearing amenity, leading to a pool and jacuzzi for deeper rest.

Due to stairs and accessibility limitations, and single upstairs bedroom, this space is ideal for those able to ascend and descend stairs easily.

We are cultivating simple space for deep work with little distraction, with relaxation easily in reach. Due to carpets and shared walls, our space is not suitable for parties, but great for work, relaxing, and quiet fun. We are looking for people will not disturb our kind neighbors, and who will respect the community who have lived within Shores for years.
