Take a dip in our refreshing pool and soak up the Florida sunshine, all included in the price of your stay. Our pool area is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing or to spend a relaxing day lounging poolside.

Indoors, the home boasts a spacious game room with pool table, foosball table and other games, perfect for a fun night in with friends and family. A state-of-the-art movie theater is also available for your entertainment needs.

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable bed and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or watching a movie before bed and relaxation during your stay.

Located in Plantation, the home is just a short drive away from popular attractions such as the beaches of Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, shopping at the Sawgrass Mills Mall, and various golf courses.

Disclosure: For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the front and back of the house that will be on during your stay.
Camera 1 is located in the front of the house facing the driveway
Camera 2 is located in the back area facing the pool
Camera 3 is located in one side of the house facing the playground
Camera 4 is located on the side of the house facing the road
We also use noise monitoring devices to measure the decibel level, but these devices do not record any audio.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking (8 Cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood around the home is a safe and family-friendly place to live. It is close to a variety of amenities and has a low crime rate.

-Take a walk or bike ride along the Plantation Heritage Trail, a scenic 7.5-mile path that winds through the city`s parks and neighborhoods.

-Visit Volunteer Park, a 12-acre park with a playground, picnic tables, and a walking trail.

-Enjoy a picnic or play a game of frisbee at Plantation Central Park, a sprawling 55-acre park with sports fields, a swimming pool, and a playground.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $1,500 which is required prior to your arrival.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

**The pool is not heated**

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*
