The Space:

This apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort, at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north.

Enjoy this gorgeous condo-hotel on the beautiful beaches of South Florida . Pool, gym and resort style amenities including home comforts are ideal for families or friends travelling together.

It is just one easy block to the beach, and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping, and recreation experience. Wireless internet is included. The room, which has two full- sized beds, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, with a private bathroom and TV.



The unit features a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster — ideal for preparing light meals and snacks.



You will also find a fitness center, a restaurant, and you will have beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach (3 minutes away).

Please note that Beachwalk Resort requires additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate shown on Airbnb.

These fees are collected directly by the resort at check-in and are required to complete your stay.

Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)

A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.

The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

● 8–10 days: $25 per day, per vehicle

● 11–19 days: $250 per stay, per vehicle

The Neighborhood:

Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. The resort is surrounded by lots of restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. It is the perfect location to be if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport.

For groceries, you will find a 24 hour Walmart right next door, a Publix Supermarket two minutes drive, and you are very welcome to use Instacart for the groceries to be delivered right to your apartment.



Getting Around:

● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):

There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hallandale Beach.

● From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.
