The unit was clean and comfortable. The dogs loved the back yard. Ryan and JP were great hosts. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, private, clean, and well-apportioned ADU. Located in the Cheviot Hills area, it is close to LAX, museums, and great restaurants. The hosts are awesome people as well! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you.

We had a blast hosting Amar. Amar and his wife were super respectful of our property, and truly utilized our patio and backyard as it should be used! They were always quick to respond when I reached out, followed all house rules, and left the property in clean and orderly condition.

Wonderful Stay and Amazing Host! I absolutely loved my stay! The property was lovely, and the entire experience was wonderful. Ryan was such a kind and accommodating host. He was very helpful with arranging an early check-in and especially welcoming and understanding about having two dogs. His kindness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated everything and would definitely recommend this property. Thank you, Ryan, for being such a wonderful host!

Overall, my stay was great! The ADU was clean and well‑kept, the host was easy to communicate with, and parking was simple throughout the trip. The property was comfortable, quiet, and made travel with pets stress‑free. I’d happily stay here again.

Really lovely place in a great neighborhood. The apartment is huge and very tastefully renovated. Hosts could not have been nicer and will definitely seek this one out when we are back in LA.

Needed a home base for a visit to our daughter at UCLA and this was perfect. Adorable and safe neighborhood, convenient to everything, easy parking, super comfy furniture, perfect attention to detail and lovely little touches. It was perfect place to relax at the end of our long days. Ryan was kind and responsive. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in, had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have worked out better for us, just a quick 4-minute drive to my brother’s house. We all got some of the best sleep we’ve had in a while. The yard was perfect for the kids to play and unwind, and the dog on the property was a gentle giant. Communication with Ryan from the start was great. Cant wait to come back.

Pictures do not do this place Justice! It is Amazing and so Spacious. Friendly Host and Pup, as well as quiet and safe neighborhood. Ryan was Great and had perfect recommendations. I am Happy, but more importantly the Wife is Happy and the Pups are Happy! Thank You for such a Great stay!

As a dad traveling with a family of five—two younger kids and one teenager—I don’t throw around “perfect” lightly… but this VRBO absolutely earned it.From the moment we arrived, everything just worked. The location near Santa Monica Pier was unbeatable. Only a 15 min drive and we could go to the beach, grab food, hit the pier, and still be back in time for the kids to wind down without any stress. Not having to deal with parking or long drives made a huge difference, especially with tired kids at the end of the day.The space itself was ideal for a family our size. Everyone had room to spread out—no one felt cramped, which is rare when traveling with three kids. The younger ones loved having space to play, and our teen appreciated having their own area to decompress. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly set up with families in mind.What really stood out was how easy everything felt. Mornings were smooth, evenings were relaxing, and we were able to actually enjoy time together instead of managing logistics the whole trip. Whether it was quick beach runs, sunset walks, or grabbing snacks nearby, everything was right there.If you’re a family looking for a stress-free stay in Santa Monica—this is it. Safe, convenient, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable for both kids and parents. We made some incredible memories here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.10/10 — highly recommend for families.

Le logement de Ryan était parfaitement adapté à la découverte de Los Angeles pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Ryan avait gentiment proposé d'ajouter un couchage supplémentaire. La communication a été excellente. Le logement est très propre et moderne. Les boissons mises à disposition dans le frigo à notre arrivée ont été très appréciées ! Proche de l'autoroute I10 mais on ne l'entend pas de la maison. Le parking se fait très facilement dans la rue, l'accès autonome est très pratique. Nous recommandons !

Very comfortable stay with a well supplied and appointed place. Spacious 2 bedroom and bathroom with well equipped kitchen and 2 sitting areas. Property is next to freeway but the apartment is well sound proofed and quiet indoors. There were 2 bar stools and a high tables to where we had our breakfast but i think there is enough space for a small dining table and 4 chairs between the kitchen and living room. Would definitely stay again and recommend staying for anyone without mobility issues as the entry into the unit requires going down a short driveway and a number of well lit steps,
