Guests have full access to the entire unit, including the front balcony and back deck, both furnished for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine.

Inside the home, you’ll have private use of the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Entry is private and secure with self-check-in using a personalized code. Parking details will be provided prior to arrival.

I give guests complete privacy during their stay, but I’m always just a message away if you need anything. Whether it’s a restaurant suggestion, help with the scavenger hunt, or a question about the unit, I respond quickly and am happy to assist.
You’ll have full independence, with support available whenever you need it.

The Hive is located in one of the most desirable and walkable neighborhoods in downtown St. Petersburg. Step outside and you’re just moments from Central Avenue, home to an incredible mix of restaurants, rooftop bars, cafés, craft breweries, boutique shops, and local art galleries. The vibrant St. Pete Pier, waterfront parks, and museums are also just minutes away.

This area is known for its energy, charm, and convenience — everything you want to experience is right at your fingertips. Many guests love that you don’t need a car to enjoy the best of St. Pete. Whether you’re here for dining, nightlife, the arts, or relaxation, you’ll be perfectly situated to enjoy it all with ease.

Getting around is simple and enjoyable thanks to The Hive’s prime walkable location. Most guests love that you can explore downtown St. Pete without needing a car — restaurants, cafés, bars, galleries, boutique shops, and the St. Pete Pier are all just a short walk away.

For added convenience, we have a special partnership with Bay E-Bikes, giving guests exclusive access to discounted electric bike rentals. Exploring St. Pete on an e-bike is one of the best ways to experience the city’s waterfront parks, murals, and local neighborhoods.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are always available, and downtown offers plenty of electric scooters and traditional bike rentals. The SunRunner also makes it easy to travel between downtown and the beaches.

Parking details will be provided before arrival if you choose to bring a vehicle.

The Hive is located in a desirable urban area of downtown St. Petersburg, which makes it wonderfully walkable but may also include some typical city sounds. While the building is generally quiet, you may hear occasional traffic. The bedroom is positioned at the back of the unit, away from the street, offering a calmer and more restful sleep. For light sleepers, I also provide sleep machines to help create a peaceful environment.

Please note that The Hive is located on the 3rd floor, and the building does not have an elevator. Guests will need to climb stairs to access the unit.

You’ll also be close to some of the most scenic parts of St. Pete. A short walk brings you to the St. Pete Pier, waterfront parks, and palm-lined sidewalks perfect for sunset strolls, photos, or simply taking in the beauty of Tampa Bay. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with charm — colorful murals, historic architecture, and inviting local cafés are all part of the experience.
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.

Please take your shoes off so the wood floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.

Pets are not allowed in this unit for any reason.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

If you would like to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub, please fill the water past the jets before turning on.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous. We are all in close proximity to each other so being quiet is a must.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balconies with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Please return the parking pass and keys to avoid extra charges ($100 for the pass & $35 for the keys)
