The home offers a spacious living room with a 50" smart tv, a private office, well-appointed kitchen, lovely dining room and a screened east-facing porch for morning coffee. The property's fenced back yard offers a view of the shared pond, provides privacy, features a gas grill and offers an area to gather with outdoor seating for family dinners after a long day of memory making. Stocked with loads of board games for rainy days or to unwind after a long day on the trail. A full-sized washer and dryer is available for our guests. A short walk brings you to the iconic Somesville arched walkway bridge, library, and Somes Sound. Close to bus stop and main roadway and a 5 min. drive to many trails, Echo Lake, and Southwest Harbor, 15 min. to Bar Harbor. Large enough to accommodate a family but comfy for a couple, this is a wonderful home away from home. The tranquil setting invites guests to enjoy peaceful mornings and restful nights.
