The kitchen, dining, and living room have an open floor plan concept. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops, a large kitchen island suitable for entertaining over cocktails, top of the line stainless appliances, cookware and gadgets, dual-zone beverage & wine fridge, craft ice cube maker, and flat screen wall mounted tv. Enjoy a fabulous meal at the full-size carved wood dining table with seating for six. Take a nap on the cozy sectional couch with the breeze blowing from back to front, or if the office doesn’t know you’re working from paradise, use the writing desk to answer a few emails.

Sink into a luxurious hybrid bed on cool organic percale sheets in either the king or queen bedrooms while you recharge for the next day’s adventures. Each bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with special details such as extra storage and Turkish cotton bath sheets. The master bathroom has a hand tiled, stand-alone shower and the guest bathroom has a shower tub combo. As an added feature the house has been extended to enclose the laundry room and utility sink so you don’t need to melt in the Florida sun to fluff and fold.

After cleaning your day’s catch at the fish cleaning station on the dock, and grilling it up on the custom built-in five burner grill, rest on the couch under the shade of a lit tiki hut overlooking the canal, while you plan your next stay at Trip Around the Sun.

Mesh WiFi 6 w/ gig-speed internet, 4k LCD TVs w/ Fire Sticks and YouTubeTV subscriptions in living room (58 inch), kitchen (43 inch), master (65 inch) & guest (55 inch) bedroom, full sized washer & dryer, utility sink, 5 burner gas grill, fish cleaning station and bait fridge. High quality furnishings throughout: Pottery Barn and Lands End bed & bath linens, fully stocked kitchen appliances, 2-in-1 keurig coffee maker, convection toaster over, Instapot, All-Clad cookware, additional kitchen finishings by Riedel, Williams Sonoma and Sur La Table.

The property can hold 3 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer, 2 vehicles plus trailer will fit. No RVS or Motor Homes. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. city of key colony beach only allows for one trailer at a rental property.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
