Private dockage accommodates your boat or watercraft, making it easy to explore the pristine waters of the Atlantic or Gulf. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. There is no smoking of any kind permitted at the property - inside or outside. If you are found to have been smoking there will be a fine of $500 &cost to remove all evidence of smoking.
