This is an ideal vacation rental. Much better than a hotel room. The property is wonderful and especially the cafe in type lobby “Casanova”. This rental is well appointed and has everything you need. Highly recommend. The host is wonderful too.

Overall, I would never recommend this apartment or this property manager. First off I didn’t even know who I was talking to because in my email it states that a (i’m only gonna use initials) “K” was my host yet a “S.L.” was messaging me. When I initially walked in, I realized that it was a very bottom of the barrel put together apartment. The bolts to the bed where loose and the headboard constantly hit the wall every time you moved and the bed made creaking noises every time you moved, which was terrible because it kept you up. When I messaged the host about the situation. And they tried saying I broke the bed before they even came and looked at the bed. I did take a video of the bed. I did ask multiple times if there was some way, I could send the video to them with no response to that question. The pullout bed was completely covered with animal hair. I do have pictures of that as well. The apartment had this overall weird smell to it almost like it was a stale smell. The laundry basket was completely broken with really nasty dirt inside of it. The throw blanket on the couch had some clear hard crusty stuff on it and when I mentioned that to the host, they stated that I could go wash it. One day the water got shut off as we were trying to get ready for the day. As we were laying out in front of the pool, the health department showed up and shut the pool down because the pool was green. The elevators stopped working. I took videos and pictures.

This is your entertainment center.
Broke down dirty laundry basket.
This is kind of hard to see, but it has clear hard crust all over it.

The room was nice. It looked exactly like the pictures. The bed and furniture were comfortable. I didn't use any of the amenities because I was too busy. There were great shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again! The host was prompt with replies to my questions.
