Stunning home in a great, safe, gated community of Rancho Santana, La Quinta. Close to Coachella Festival & BNP Tennis Tournaments (1.5 miles), Desert International Horse Park (5 miles), surrounded by best in class golf courses, restaurants, casinos, lounges, shopping & much more.
The home is well appointed with all you will need in vacation rental. Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home. The garden is lush & large (0.37 acres). Come & enjoy this beauty, you will not be disappointed.

Primary, queen pullout couch
Bedroom 2 Queen bed (second queen can be set up if needed)

Rancho Santana community have a community bocce ball court, putting green, shaded outdoor dining area overlooking large green space, play ground and walking path. It is in fantastic location next to Madison Club. First time on the market, previously it was a residency of one of the top tennis trainer in the world. Yes, for tennis fans, you are also contributing towards someone who has given so much to this community and keeps giving. The home is very well taken care of and available on monthly basis or season, reach out, we will gladly help.
