This centrally located villa offers easy access to all of Palmetto Dunes' premier amenities, including the 11-mile lagoon system for water sports, scenic biking trails, four championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, the Beach House, General Store, and pristine Atlantic beaches. Just minutes away, Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina features dining, shopping, and entertainmentâperfect for boat lovers. St. Andrews also offers a large private community pool.
This beautifully renovated first-floor end-unit villa was fully updated from top to bottom in 2025.
