Cette charmante maison de 3 chambres est située sur Franklin Street et au cœur du centre-ville de Newport. Tout en profitant de votre séjour, vous pourrez apprécier la commodité d'être situé au centre et à quelques pas de toutes les activités de Thames Street, Bannisters Wharf, Bowen’s Wharf, les meilleurs restaurants de Newport et le front de mer animé, les boutiques, les sites historiques et la vie nocturne. Un endroit idéal pour profiter de tout ce que Newport a à offrir. À quelques pas du Red Parrot, du Midtown Oyster Bar, de la Clarke Cooke House, du Mooring Restaurant et bien d'autres encore à énumérer

Le deuxième étage offre un salon confortable avec canapé-lit et smart T. V. Salle à manger avec des sièges pour 6 et demi bain pour les invités à partager. La cuisine offre la commodité de tous les équipements de base et comprend un coin petit-déjeuner avec des sièges supplémentaires pour six personnes. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen et une salle de bain attenante avec double vasque et douche.

Le premier étage offre 2 chambres supplémentaires avec lits de taille normale. Chambre (1) comprend smart T. V., Chambre (2) comprend laveuse et sécheuse et portes françaises à la belle terrasse. Les deux chambres partagent une salle de bain complète avec douche.

Excellent location

We loved the location of the place: in the midst of cute historical streets where it’s quiet enough to rest but also in close proximity to downtown with its bustling shopping stores and restaurants. We came with 4 adults and 2 kids and felt like we had plenty of space for all of us. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

Great Home for Family Vacation in Newport

This was the perfect spot for our family of six to stay for our Newport vacation. We were cozy and comfortable with areas to sit and chat or play games together. The kitchen came in very handy. We were centrally located and walked to the cliffs and mansions. And we had plenty of space with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Would highly recommend!

Great Location great house!

Great place for 3 couples weekend in Newport - very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and big kitchen for eating in or walking distance to all of Newports best restaurants. Greg was a great host, answered any questions we had with a quick response. We will definitely return!

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had!

I wish there were more than five stars to award this host. This was hands down the very best experience with a host that I have ever encountered in years of renting through VRBO. My family and I were in town for my son’s graduation from OCS, and this location was perfect. The home is quite historic feeling, which made the experience even better. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. In conclusion, if I ever return to Newport, this is absolutely where I will be staying.

Visit for Nephews Wedding

This place was terrific - close to all. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. It was the perfect amount of space, clean, nicely decorated and very homey. I recommend this to anyone looking to spend some time in Newport. I cannot say enough good things about this spot. Thanks for Flavia and Greg - will definitely book with you the next time I am in Newport.

The Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved our stay here. The check-in process was super easy, and Greg and Flavia made sure they were available throughout to help with parking or if any questions or issues came up. The house was also in such a good location. We were always just a short walk away from quality restaurants and attractions. And the house itself is so lovely. There's a back patio for some relaxation, a spacious common area, and a kitchen that was well-stocked with the essentials: coffee! All in all, we loved our stay. A lot of that had to do with the house itself and the charms of Newport, but you'll also find in Greg and Flavia true hosts who go the extra mile to make sure you won't have to sweat the small stuff during your stay!

Outstanding stay in Newport

I originally had another place booked for myself and girlfriend + 2 other couples for my brother's wedding, but once I found Greg & Flavia's place I quickly made the switch and I am so glad I did. Greg's communication is the best of the best from booking, arrival, stay and departure. Greg got back to me with answers to every questions within minutes. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from charming shops, excellent restaurants, and of course, the stunning Newport waterfront. The home itself is beautifully decorated, blending modern comforts with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and a touch of Newport charm, Greg’s place is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

Great Location

As others have mentioned, parking can be a hassle. However, everything is so close that if you don't plan on leaving the area, it won't be an issue. Greg was more than accommodating on several occasions even ordering beach towels that were delivered the next day! The home is clean and well appointed. The addition of a washer/dryer was a plus for us as well. Other than groceries that you would want, absolutely EVERYTHING is there that you could possibly need. Don't hesitate on this one, it's an amazing home in an equally amazing part of Newport.

Spacious house, perfect location

Thank you Flavia and Greg! We enjoyed your home tremendously. The location was perfect. Waking to all shopping and restaurants. The pictures did not do this house justice. There was plenty of room to relax (larger than expected). and we each had our own space to retire at the end of the evening. Franklin spa 25 steps just up the road was the perfect diner food if you don’t want to cook. We look forward to coming back when it’s warmer to take advantage of the fantastic location. We found the parking lot easy to get to so not having street parking wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you again

Will book again!

We had the best time at Greg and Flavia’s place. It is exactly as listed. Check in was easy, the apartment has everything you need, and in the absolute best location. We were in Newport for a college friends wedding, and we added a couple days before to take in all Newport has to offer that we missed so much (we went to Salve). There were small hiccups with appliances however Greg’s responsiveness helped us through these issues easily. 10/10 will hopefully stay here again in the future!

Prime location for girls weekend in Newport

The property is as advertised. We were a group of 5 for a girls weekend and the home was perfect for us. Plenty of room, cozy, and amazing location. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Greg was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. The keypad lock was a little tricky but we always managed to get in. We all agreed we would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect for a Girls Weekend

The location of this property is ideal - so perfect! Steps from the most popular dining, shopping, and socializing areas downtown but quiet enough to relax peacefully on site. The wharf and sailing are less than five minutes on foot. We walked to the Cliff Walk and enjoyed the beauty of the oceanside city. We also walked to convenient public parking garages to avoid driving during the weekend, but were able to find some street parking right outside for loading and unloading (and a lucky overnight spot!) Lyft/Uber easily picked us up for visits to the vineyard and more. Apartment has everything we needed - kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (two showers). We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a Newport experience and we would love to return. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect place!

This was our first time to Newport. We had our children (in their 20’s) with us and significant others. The property absolutely could not have been in a better location, it was charming, comfortable, clean, and Greg and Flavia were wonderful hosts. They were responsive and flexible as we were working with dates subject to change as our son was graduating from Officer Candidate School. We all had a wonderful stay creating great family memories and hope to visit Newport again. Would definitely stay here again.
