Finca Palicero is set on a quiet piece of land in the rural countryside between the villages of Selva and Mancor de la Vall and offers breathtaking views of the mountains. Selva is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range belongs to the hidden treasures of the island. The small cobbled lanes of the villages provide a nice glimpse of the traditional Mallorcan way of life. Selva offers some fine dining restaurant as well as traditional cafés and shopping facilities.

Finca Palicero has easy access to all parts of the island, which makes it a very good starting point to explore Mallorca. The mountains offer the best of hiking and cycling tracks, making it a popular destination for cyclists and hikers alike.

The town of Inca, belongs to the larger towns of the island, is in short driving distance and offers a pedestrian lane with a variety of shops and boutiques, but also a number of excellent restaurants ranging from traditional to exclusive and an interesting cultural scene.

Finca Palicero ist ein luxuriöses und elegantes Ferienhaus mit Pool und viel Privatsphäre. Das exklusive Feriendomizil verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, alle mit Badezimmer en-suite und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Die Finca verfügt über zwei Etagen, die voll klimatisiert sind. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen sehr großzügigen Wohnbereich mit tollem Landschaftsblick und eine separate Küche. Weiterhin steht hier eine Gästetoilette zur Verfügung.

Alle 3 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss und verfügen über Bäder en-suite. Das Master-Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist außerdem mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer sind mit zwei Einzelbetten bestückt. 2 Zustellbetten sind ohne Aufpreis möglich.

Outside the villa is surrounded by magnificent gardens with orchards, olive and almond trees. There is total privacy and a great sense of peace. A path descends from the house to the large pool, which boasts a size of 11 x 5 metres and is surrounded by sun terraces. The terraces are fitted with comfortable sunbeds and provide splendid views of the countryside.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
