Finca Cavea is situated in the Colonya Valley, approximately 1.8 kilometres from Pollensa, and offers beautiful views of the countryside. Pollensa is one of the island’s most beautiful towns, with a charming old town and a spacious pedestrianised area featuring traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, whilst during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life unfold from one of the cafés on the central Plaza Mayor.

The bustling harbour of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 9 kilometres away and features a long seafront promenade with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor, as well as shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit every taste and budget. The long sandy beach offers good facilities, including several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The gentle slope into the water makes this stretch of coastline particularly family-friendly.

The area around Pollensa is equally popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers thanks to its challenging mountain routes. Everyone can find their favourite route here. Golfers have several courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A wide range of water sports is available in Pollensa Bay, which is considered one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Finca Cavea sleeps 6 and is cosily furnished. It features a spacious living/dining area, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, and 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms (2 on the first floor, one on the ground floor). Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, whilst the third bedroom has a separate bathroom located on the ground floor, adjacent to the living area.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with fixed operating hours: 14:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 08:00.

Finca Cavea boasts a beautiful and well-appointed outdoor area with a large, private swimming pool surrounded by lawns. There are several covered terraces and lovely lounge areas where you can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere and surroundings of this finca. A highlight is the fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue, worktop, sink and even a gas hob. There is a table tennis table and ample parking space for hire cars.

Children are welcome; a cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Each additional high chair is charged at €25 per week, and each additional cot at €45 per week. Requests for additional cots or high chairs can be accepted up to a maximum of 2 weeks before arrival.
