Finca Mateo is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Pollensa and the harbour of Puerto Pollensa are in a very short driving distance. Pollensa's picturesque old town is only about 3 kilometres away. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Mateo is a building with historic roots, which was lovingly renovated to very high standards. It offers ample and sunny rooms with a lot of historic details like wooden ceiling beams, exposed stone walls and terracotta floor tiles. The holiday home is furnished in a modern and up-market style and has two floors with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en-suite.

Off the entrance hall, there is a spacious lounge with an open fireplace and French doors overlooking the pool and BBQ area.To the right of the entrance hall, there is a pretty dining room with kitchen (including a breakfast bar). A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a guest toilet complete the ground floor.

The first floor offers 3 more bedrooms: A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with a separate shower.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer (14:00-16:00 h and 20:00-08:00 h)

Finca Mateo has a splendid outdoor area with several terraces and a large pool. Next to the pool there is a pool house complete with summer kitchen, dining table and a toilet. The pergola at the house is fitted with stylish lounge furniture. There is also a Billard and a ping-pong table, to have some additional fun during the day.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
