Finca Montalban in Puerto Pollensa

Finca Montaner ist set in the hills overlooking Puerto Pollensa and in walking distance to the village centre and the beach. The house has a private pool, nice gardens and views over Pollensa and the hills. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning.

Finca Montanter is overlooking Puerto Pollensa with the hills as a dramatic backdrop. The long sea side promenade, the harbour and the beach are within 10 minutes walking distance (1,5 kilometres), with the car, the drive is about 3 km.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 12 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Montaner is a semi-detached house and has been lovingly renovated. The houses are facing towards opposite sides, giving each its privacy and both have their individual gardens and pools.

Finca Muntaner has two floors.

Ground floor:
Large living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen with exit to the porch, outdoor kitchen, BBQ-area and pool terrace. There is also a full outdoor bathroom at the porch.

First floor:
3 bedrooms, two twins and one with a double bed. One twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedrooms are sharing one bathroom.

The garden and pool area of Finca Montaner are really well designed. Stone sun-terraces run round a rectangular pool with plants pots around it. The views from the pool area are amazing, overlooking the whole resort of Port Pollensa. The house has a porch with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, dining table and exterior bathroom.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week.
