This 2022-built home offers a bright, open floor plan with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private elevator that provides true no-step access from the garage into the main living area.
The property is located in a quiet, residential community and is best suited for respectful guests who value a clean, peaceful, and well-organized environment.

• 8-person dining table and 4-seat bar counter
Starter supplies are provided. Guests should plan to replenish consumables for longer stays.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the garage, patio, and fenced backyard. Entry is fully contactless via a Yale smart lock, with a unique access code automatically issued prior to check-in.
The home is located in a gated community, and detailed arrival instructions are provided after booking.
Guests enjoy full privacy during their stay. We live in the neighborhood and are available via the VRBO app if anything comes up, allowing us to assist quickly if needed while always respecting your space and privacy.

Parking is limited and enforced by the HOA.
