With two bathrooms, including showers, towels and hair dryers, guests can enjoy comfort and convenience throughout their stay. The house stays cool with air conditioning, making it a fantastic spot to relax after a day of exploring. Watch the beautiful sunset right out in the back yard. You are within a 5 minute walk to downtown Dearborn Street where you can enjoy coffee houses, restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and live entertainment. There is an amazing farmers market every Thursday during October through April and many festivals throughout the season. The beaches are a short 5 - 10 minute drive away, depending on which one you choose, there are 3 beaches in Englewood. You can also put your boat in and out of the water at Indian Mound Park which is a 2 minute drive (literally right around the corner) from the home and the property has plenty of space for boat trailer parking. Our property leads you out to Lemon Bay then a short boat ride to the beaches on the Gulf. West coast of Florida living at its best. *Unfortunately due to the long permitting process our new dock and seawall are not done yet. We are planning on completing this project through April 2026 so as of right now that area is off limits. You are still able to enjoy beautiful views and sunsets and Indian mound park is around the corner for boat launching into beautiful Lemon Bay.
