Finca Rosas is located within walking distance of the beach near S'Horta in the south-east of the island. Cala Sa Nau is one of the many charming bays on the south-east coast. The small sandy bay is family-friendly, with a small beach bar and sun lounger and parasol hire. The Vall d'Or golf course and the romantic fishing village of Porto Colom are only a few minutes' drive away. The picturesque harbour of Porto Colom offers first-class restaurants, bars and cafés. A colourful range of leisure and sports activities can be found in Cala d'Or, which is also within easy reach.

The beach bar at Cala Sa Nau offers a delicious selection of food and is about 600 metres away. There are other restaurants about 3 kilometres away in Playa Ferrera.

Finca Rosas is a renovated and stylishly furnished country house with a pleasant atmosphere. The living and sleeping areas are on the same level. The entrance leads into the spacious, open-plan living area with a wood-burning stove. A large Marès archway leads to the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which also has access to the terrace. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an open-plan en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and separate shower cubicle. The other two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – share a bathroom with a shower.

Finca Rosas is located on an enchanting property with mature trees. The large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace. The house has a large covered terrace furnished with comfortable wicker chairs and a large dining table. A small lawn leads to the barbecue house, which has an outdoor kitchen with a sink, work surface, brick barbecue and a pizza/wood-fired oven. There is another large dining table here.
