Due to its prime location, ambient noise from nearby restaurants and traffic may be present and is beyond our control.

Designed by COLAB Design Office with interior curation by Annabell Kutucu, Tree House Tulum blends international design with local Yucatán traditions, creating a warm, refined, and deeply authentic Tulum experience.

Tree House Tulum is set between the jungle and the Caribbean Sea, offering a rare sense of privacy while remaining at the heart of Tulum’s vibrant Beach Road. Large, shared spaces encourage connection, while private rooms and terraces allow for quiet moments of rest and reflection.

The rooftop is the soul of the home, inviting guests to gather for long dinners, sunset moments, and jungle views that stretch endlessly into the horizon.

Due to this prime setting, ambient noise from nearby restaurants, music, and general activity may be present, especially during the afternoon and evening hours. This is part of the dynamic energy of the area and is outside of our control.
