Guests will have access to all levels of the home with exception to owner’s closets and detached garage.
All land bordering our beautiful 6-acre retreat is privately owned so please respect property boundaries. Our land is identified by white posts approximately every 200 feet.
** We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies and paper products.
*** Note the property is accessed from a mountain road, which varies in grade, material makeup (gravel & dirt), and condition. AWD or 4WD IS REQUIRED DURING WINTER MONTHS.
**** Per insurance policy, the pellet stove is not for guest use.
***** Safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located above the detached garage facing toward the driveway and front steps. Camera 2 is located on the rear of the cabin over the side door facing towards the deck steps and driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces, but record outside video and sound when motion is detected. Do not cover or tamper with the cameras or satellite and its accessories. No hunting, firearms/weapons, fireworks, or driving ATVs on the property.
****** Due to rural location, you might encounter various forms of wildlife such as deer, coyotes, bears, raccoons, snakes and porcupines, among others. Additionally, there is the potential to see mice, spiders, ants, and a variety of other insects, which on occasion could include inside the cabin. As part of the natural forest environment, this is to be expected, and refunds will not be provided for such encounters. It is professionally treated quarterly, and as needed, for insect and rodent control.
