This spacious two-story home offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home, as well as TVs and cable in all adult bedrooms. A large dining area and thoughtful layout provide comfort, space, and convenience for a perfect stay.

• Gardener: Mondays.
• Pool Cleaner: Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
All services take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. (They have access code to the side gate, the service takes about 20 min).

• Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for an additional $180 per day with a 2-night minimum.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure it is heated upon arrival.
*The spa is complimentary.

• Security Cameras:
For your safety and security, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and four exterior security cameras: one facing the street, two monitoring the side gate, and one located in the corner of the backyard. All cameras are exterior only and operate continuously for security and liability purposes.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and garage. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy is 20 guests total (maximum 16 adults), both day and night.
