Our south-facing corner unit is filled with natural sunlight and features a 2-bedroom, 1-bath open layout âperfect for couples, families, and small groups.
This first-floor unit has its exterior entrance off an open-air courtyardânot an indoor hotel-style hallwayâwith a bench outside the door to relax, watch the snow fall, or remove ski and snowboard gear.
Our condo is just two blocks (0.2 miles) from the Snowflake Chair Liftâa hidden gem without a day-use parking lot, giving it a neighborly, low-crowd vibe while still keeping you connected to the entire resort. Right next to the lift is Charter Sports, where you can rent gear and store it for free. Even grab lift tickets at the Blue Sky ticket office if you didnât get them in advance.
Ski down the Four OâClock run and walk across the street back to the condo. For even more slopes, hop on the Free Ride bus to reach lifts or the gondola for Peak areas 7, 8, 9âno car needed!
When youâre ready to swap ski boots for street shoes, Main Street is just a couple of blocks away, packed with great eats, cafĂ©s, bars, gear and boutique shops.
Families with kids will love having Mountain Top Explorium, a hands-on play museum, within walking distance, plus a great sledding hill at Carter Park just a short drive away. When the weatherâs warm and dry, several nearby playgroundsâsome just a quick walk from the condoâmake it easy to get outside and play.

The primary bedroom is set up for both comfort and productivity, with a king bed, Roku TV, a dedicated workspace (desk + chair + 27â HP monitor + HDMI cord), and space to set up the Graco Pack ân Play we provide (please bring your own crib sheet). The second bedroom features a cozy double bed. Both rooms have individually controlled heat, ample closet space, and white noise machines for a restful night. You can also find a power station with 3 spare outlets and phone charging cables with USB-C, Micro USB, iPhone Lightning and Apple Watch terminals.
>Bathroom
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and essentials including towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and paper products to get you started.
>Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals at homeâwith a great selection of cooking spices, olive oil, and other essentials. The dining table seats six and there's additional seating at the kitchen bar.
>Living room
Youâll find a 55â smart TV with cable (via Xfinity Stream), Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video, a queen-sized pull-out couch, a cozy window seat by the gas fireplaceâperfect for warming up while watching the snow fallâand a Bose SoundLink Home bluetooth speaker for your favorite tunes.
>For the little ones
Weâve got your tiny travelers covered with a Graco Pack ân Play (please bring your own sheets), a high chair, baby bathtub (Angelcare Baby Bath Support), stool for reaching the bathroom sink, and some toys and books for infants and toddlers. The kitchen is stocked with kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils to make mealtime a breeze, and there are plug covers, table corner covers, and optional cabinet locks (not permanently installed) available for extra peace of mind.
>Remote workspace
Take meetings and get some work done in between ski runs. The master bedroom has a desk, chair, 27â HP monitor with HDMI cord, and fast 500+ Mbps Wi-Fi.
>Other amenities
Settle in with a variety of games to choose from, relax on your private patio, and take advantage of the private laundry washer and dryer in our condoâ detergent included. Youâll also find a bench for seating outside of the front door, great for snow-watching sessions in the open-air courtyard or slipping off your gear before you step inside.
THE RESORT
>Hot tub & pool
Relax in the hot tub that's just a few steps away in the common area courtyard. For more water fun, the Upper Village Pool complex has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, three hot tubs, and full changing rooms with showers and restroomsâperfect for a little splash before or after hitting the slopes. We provide hot tub towels.
>Parking
Each unit gets one unassigned parking spot, either outside or in the underground garage. Please note the 6' 8" height limit. The garage has elevator and stair access, and there is a shared bell cart for bringing up luggage (when not in use).
>Other amenities
In the courtyard, you can fire up the community grill and enjoy a meal at the picnic table. And in just a few minutes' walk, you can take the kids to a small playground on the resort grounds.
You'll have the entire condo to yourself. There's an elevator and stairs from the garage. If parking outside, there are some stairs to reach the condo. We provide simple, contactless entryâno need to stop at an office to gather keys.

Guests must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent.
>The space
The space is ideal for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 with the sleeper sofa in the living area. Thereâs one full bathroom so just plan those morning showers!
>Check-in/check-out:
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Please note we are often unable to accommodate different times, especially during our busy seasons.
>A/C:
We donât have air conditioning, but most mountain properties up here donât have it due to the alpine climate and mild summers. We also provide three box fans for your comfort.
>Lift and ski run status:
Terrain and lift openings depend on mountain conditions. The Snowflake Lift typically opens in November but please check trail and lift status on the My Epic app or Breckenridge {dot} com to confirm before your stay. If Snowflake Lift is not open, you can take the Breck Free Ride bus to the gondola or Peak 9 base area. The northbound Free Ride stop is right outside our condo complex and the southbound stop is across the street and a little south of the northbound stop.
The 4 O'Clock ski run that takes you down the mountain and across the street from our condo may not open at the same time that Snowflake Lift opens. If it's not open during your stay, you can ski down to the Peak 9 base area and take the Brown North line on the Breck Free Ride bus. Get off at the Sundowner stop which is directly in front of our condo.
>Weather
Winter in Breckenridge is beautifulâand always full of surprises. AWD, 4WD or snow tires make getting around much easier, and itâs common for streets, sidewalks, and parking areas to stay snowy or icy. Just keep it in mind when walking, parking, and driving so you can enjoy the season safely.
Colorado Traction Law: During winter storms, Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) may activate the Passenger Vehicle Traction Law on any state highway. When in effect, all vehicles must have either AWD/4WD with proper M+S, winter, or all-weather tires (minimum 3/16â tread), or use chains/approved traction devices.
We are unable to issue refunds (after the cancellation policy windows) so please consider travel insurance in case youâre unable to reach the condo due to unforeseen or inclement weather.
>Pool & Hot Tub
The Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub is usually closed during shoulder seasons. (Usually this is from mid-April to Memorial Day, and again between Labor Day and the opening of the ski resort, often mid-November.) You can confirm hours on the Upper Village Pool HOA website.
>HOA rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. No parties or events. Town of Breckenridge quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.
