Parking Information: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. The ability to walk to main street was great. The property itself matched the pictures and listing information very accurately. The best part is that we woke up one morning to two moose in our yard eating.

Fantastic property - super convenient location just two blocks off Main Street. 5 mins to skiing. Very pet friendly, with a dog run, food/water bowls, and more. Loved the media room downstairs, comfy beds and open layout. Super easy to check in and check out. Worked great for our 3-generation family dog!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family and our dog. Was furnished with everything we needed. Enjoyed family meals at the house every night. The theater was a huge hit- watched Thursday night football and had popcorn. Super easy to get to downtown and the slopes. Loved the quiet neighborhood located next to a dog park!! Will absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this property. The location is incredible and the place has everything you need. The main floor was comfortable and spacious and the bottom floor theater room and bar were super cool. We wish we had stayed longer.

The house was beautiful, updated, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend. A close walk or drive to everything we needed. We were in from Michigan and definitely felt like we got the full Colorado experience! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location! Great house!
My husband and I rented this house with another couple and we LOVED IT! The theater was fun to watch movies in and the patio was a great place to relax and the view was amazing. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved cooking in it. A mama moose and her two calves visited the alley every evening of our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great location.
Had a great stay with our family. Many historic homes nearby. Great location, just a few blocks to Main Street. Porch was large enough for all 6 of us to sit and visit while grilling and enjoying the views.
