We had a great stay. Plenty of room. Cozy couches. The kitchen is well stocked for making our own meals. The walk to the beach was easy. The views of the ocean were perfect.

The house was great! Really clean and lots of room. Just a short walk to the beach. The pool was a disappointment. Small, not inviting, not very clean, barely any room around the sides for lounging. Only our two eight year olds got in it for a very short time, once. It was nice to have 2 bicycles to use and it was very nice having a large bathroom/shower for clean up after the beach before going upstairs to the living areas. All in all I would definitely stay there again but with no intention of using the pool.

Was perfect for a group of six senior golfers. Plenty of room to relax and chat, nice view of the ocean from the decks, and a nice kitchen. Couldn't have been better for the price.

Great Location and unit amenities. With all the new furniture, and applicanes it was a 5-star stay! Having such a short walk to the beach is was easy to go back and forth for snacks and drinks. We look forward to another stay in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Bob’s property! The views were absolutely fantastic, and its close proximity to the beach made it even better. The place was super clean and incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. We had a great time and already looking forward to visiting again!

Location to the beach and size of this property was great for our family. We arrived on Saturday and made a call on Monday regarding several issues. The description of the place is very misleading regarding size of beds and location of the 5th bathroom, which, is located outside of the unit. Two of the six bedrooms had storage for your clothing. Closets are filled with possibly the owners items? There are no spindles on the toilet paper holders. There are no hooks for towels. The little refrigerator absolutely does not work. The refrigerator is not appropriate for the possibility of 18 people. We did not have 18. But without the little refrigerator working, it was very difficult for us to have the food that we needed for the week and beverages stored in the refrigerator. The pool was dirty, skimmer was broke, and they did not come to clean the pool until Wednesday. Several of the electrical outlets did not work. The dryer cannot be run on high as it was noted on the outside of the machine. It makes a very loud/strange noise when running it on normal. There was a broom and dustpan. No vacuum. The floors were filthy dirty. Not visibly filthy dirty but after walking in the place for a little under two hours, our feet were completely dirty. I was told someone would come to clean/didn’t happen. They did tell me they would refund my cleaning fee of 280. Vacuum/skimmer were delivered. For 12,346/week, I absolutely expected a clean unit. I would love to talk with the owner.

Our family rented this property for our annual vacation because it was advertised as a "Luxurious 6bd Semi-Private Pool." Unfortunately, it was anything but luxurious.The property was clearly not ready for guests. Upon arrival, the pool required cleaning. The master suite had no window covering in the bathroom, a bedroom blind that was approximately 18 inches too short, broken vertical blinds that would not close, and a shower with one inoperative shower head while the other was detached from the wall. Throughout the bathrooms there were no toilet paper holders, towel bars, or even simple hooks for towels or swimsuits. These are basic amenities that should have been in place before any guests arrived—not discovered and reported after check-in.To their credit, the maintenance technician who came to the property was conscientious and professional. However, my family should not have spent part of our vacation identifying deficiencies, coordinating repairs, and supervising maintenance in a property marketed as luxurious.The most disappointing part of our stay had nothing to do with maintenance. During our vacation, my wife suffered a serious fall inside the condominium and was transported by ambulance to the hospital with a broken shoulder. I am not claiming the property caused her fall. My disappointment is with the rental company's response after they learned what had happened. Throughout all of our subsequent communications, there was never a simple expression of concern,

We do want to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. The pool is professionally serviced three times per week, and the photo provided of sand in the pool was taken after the pool had been used by the guests. The pool had been serviced prior to arrival. We also have standard bathroom amenities, including towel holders and necessary fixtures, throughout the property. When concerns were brought to our attention, our maintenance team responded promptly and professionally to address the reported items. We appreciate the acknowledgment of our technician’s efforts. We were very sorry to hear about your wife’s injury and sincerely hope she has recovered well. We always care about the wellbeing of our guests and regret that this was part of their vacation experience. This review is very different from the overwhelming majority of feedback we receive from our guests, who consistently leave 5-star reviews. With over 6,000 5-star reviews across our 60 premium properties, we hold ourselves to a very high standard. We take all feedback seriously and continue to work hard to maintain the high standards our guests expect.

The only complaint was that it was very loud and the bedroom is upstairs and downstairs because of the living space being in the middle. Maybe a large carpet in the area would soften the noise some? It was very difficult to sleep.. and the blinds in the master bedroom upstairs fell down every time he got close to them, and tried to open them, they need to be repaired. Also, the soap on the sinks was completely watered out.
