location location location!!!!! staying here with littles is a dream! The beach is steps away, and a 15 minute walk from North Side Park! The place was not super cleanly but as a mom I bring my own cleaning supplies and my own bedsheets so I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Great Easter Get-a-way

This was our 3 Easter in a row staying at this vrbo. Communicating and working with the owner/manager is easy and effective. The home works well for our family with grandkids ranging from 14 down to 1 month old. The best feature is the location with the beach right there and a wonderful park within walking distance. We will plan to stay at this home again in the future.

Long Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice. One of the sinks had trouble draining, people outside of our party used the parking spaces and we had trouble accessing the WiFi. But overall we were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location but not clean

For what this property cost we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The floors were dirty and there were some weird smells in the downstairs bathrooms. The linens looked dirty as well. The doors to get into the property looked like there had been a fire as they had black soot on them. There were some updates that were made but overall the house needs some work.

The property is large and has lots of space for a large group but we all found that it was very tired and needed a facelift. The bathrooms could have been swept and cleaned better.

Awesome Location and Service from Owners

This was our 2nd stay at this home. The location is perfect for our family. Close to the beach and a large park. The service from the owners was phenomenal! When we got there we found the microwave was not functioning. I called the hot-line and a maintenance person came early the next day and replaced it. We all know things happen, but that’s what I call service. Thank you! We will be planning to stay again!

Great place for a large group

We really enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating a milestone birthday so we had five couples able to stay in one place which was fantastic. The downstairs area is a big open area which is great for a large group. Plus there was a bedroom for everyone. There are some maintenance items that needed to be done and we brought these to the management attention and they said they take care of it. It was nothing that impeded our good time. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice Place, Great location

The place is comfortable and spacious, it is in a good location, the communication with the owner was good, he answered quickly and I loved that he allowed us to check in early. The only thing about the property that I didn't like was that the bathrooms are painted with water paint and they didn't do a good job. The paint is peeling and you end up with your feet full of pieces of paint.

False advertisement

This place was awful. Nothing like the pictures or description. Contacted the third party involved and owner refused to return my calls. Requested a partial refund and denied. Water was leaking/pouring water from the upstairs bathroom. Floors were buckled up and a falling hazard. Almost every surface was painted with huge paint chips everywhere. Missing drywall. Numerous strangers in and out throughout the stay for repairs. Don’t stay here. Of I could give it no stars I would.

The place had plenty of room and common areas for the entire family. The place was run down with what appeared to be some renovation in process...stopped in mid stream. We had a good time and the location is great...just a bit run down for what I paid.

Perfect Getaway

Great location for where we wanted to be, close to beach. We had a family of 13 and there was enough room for everyone and didnt feel overcrowded at all. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean.

Huge home

This home was huge for our group of 13. Never did we feel crowded, even when it was meal times. The 5 bedrooms had plenty of real beds (not bunk beds, daybeds, cots or pull out sofas), so everyone slept comfortable. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was nice too. The location was wonderful. We walked to places around us and took the bus to the boardwalk. We will definitely stay at this location for our next fall girls getaway.

1000% recommend - Very clean and spacious helpful host

This place was perfect for our large family and friends. Kitchen was well appointed to cook for everyone for our stay and we were impressed with how clean everything was. Fast internet was nice as some of us had to work. Kids loved the foosball table. Location hard to beat and the host was so helpful with recommendations we could walk to. Can't wait to stay in summer!

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
