We pride our Team in the Aloha Spirit we provide and all the home away from home feels we offer to enhance our guests Maui vacation. The private lanai provides the perfect space to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful Maui sunsets and surprise visits from our visiting turtle friends and whales during whale season. Aloha Mark, We value our guests feedback and the opportunity that it gives us to provide even better experiences for our future guests. We do encourage our guests to reach out during their stay if there is anything needed that we could assist with and would have had maintenance take a look at the issue with the window and screen door while we were there to assist with the AC. We are very proud of our Team and the timely manner in which we respond and rectify situations with our guests. We did explain to you that the AC is a water chilling system, which works differently than split air conditioning units. The temperature will cool between 72-74 degrees. It is maintained and controlled by the Resort. During your stay the entire Resort was experiencing issues with the AC chilling system, it was not isolated to just this unit. We do encourage our guests to keep the blinds, windows, and doors closed to assist with keeping the condo cool. We did look into moving you to another property, but there was no availability for the duration of your stay. We built our business reputation on solid business principles and a strong work ethic. The Resort controls and maintains the chilling system and our Team worked with you and the Resort to rectify the AC issues you experienced as best as we could. This unit has a great location and is a direct ocean front unit steps away from world famous Kaanapali Beach and the Whalers Village. It is has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. We do our best to provide all the home away from home feels for our guest during their stay with us so they can enjoy their time exploring our beautiful island Maui. We wish you the best.
