Long Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior renovations and repairs. While we do not expect major disruption to your stay, there may be construction noise during working hours, hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work-related sounds. There will be limited amenity access as outlined.

• Work Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–5 PM (Sundays only if needed)
• Parking: No front row parking
• Seasonal Perk: This unit includes free beach chair service (March 1 – Oct 31)
• Refund Policy: Please note that no refunds will be issued for construction related inconveniences
Pool Status
• East Pool: OPEN (Pool & Hot tub between Tower 1 and 2)
• Center Pool: CLOSED – Tentative reopening April 3, 2026.
• West Pool: CLOSED – Expected reopening around April 10, 2026.
Beach Access
• The only open beach access is through Tower 1. All guests, regardless of tower, must use Tower 1 for beach entry at this time.

This upscale penthouse offers a truly unique floor plan with two oceanfront master suites, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests consistently tell us the photos do not do this condo justice—you will be amazed the moment you walk in.
Every room showcases breathtaking gulf views through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the white-sand beach. The condo features 18-foot designer tile throughout, 400-thread-count cotton sateen sheets, and plush, extra-thick bath towels. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, and the private laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Secure high-speed internet is provided.
The open living and dining area features a soaring 14-foot cathedral ceiling and opens to a spacious 270-square-foot tiled terrace overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.

House Rules
