This memorable condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Mammoth Lakes. The beautiful space features two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and two bathrooms for added convenience. Guests can relax in the charming living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed. Whether youâre unwinding after a day of adventure or planning your next outing, this wonderful condo offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Our place is equipped for the perfect stay to make your holiday one to remember.
This unit has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and is approximately 1050 sqft. It includes the following:
- 2 King size beds + 1 short Queen size sofa bed
- Kitchen with cooking basics (no food, oil or spices provided)
- Refrigerator/Freezer
- Dishwasher
- Stovetop
- Oven
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Coffee Maker
- Kettle
- Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware
- Located near the Village. Walking distance to the Village gondola (when operating).
- Free WiFi (provided by Westin, but often slow)

Please note that the town of Mammoth has a 15% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT), 1% Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) Assessment and 1% Civic Assessment for The Village. These are added at checkout.

HOUSE RULES
No pets, parties or smoking in the unit. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.
6 guests maximum (note that the sofa bed is smaller and more comfortable for kids. Please make sure kids don't jump on it, it's expensive to fix)
There is construction of a new hotel near by. Additionally, activities in the Village area can be loud. Please be aware of the potential for noise from outside of the building.
We are not responsible to refund for any poor weather & road conditions.
Any charges to the room by the guest will be charged back to the guest in addition to a $100 service fee.
Violation of law, occupancy limits, Westin quiet hours or the non-smoking policy may result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
