For the same day and last minute booking, we do our best to get it ready on time, but usually we have guests before you, so the check-in time will be dependent on the manager. Normally, it is at 4 pm, but if we can host you earlier, for sure, we will do it.

For monthly stays, there may be electricity credit or not depending on your rate. Any extra, the guest can pay directly based on the charge as it is a prepaid system. Same for gallons as well. Otherwise, housekeeping, WiFi etc etc, is all included. Pet refundable caution fee is 500k for each stay.
