The Space:

This single-level retreat comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests across four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with Smart TVs or FireStick for personalized entertainment. The master suite, a sanctuary of relaxation, features a king-sized bed and a unique sunken shower, while the remaining rooms offer a mix of queen and twin beds to suit any group configuration.



The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, where culinary adventures await. With modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, and thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, preparing meals is both convenient and enjoyable. Gather around the elegant dining table for a shared feast or a quick breakfast before a day of exploration.

The sparkling pool and year-round hot tub are perfect for relaxation, while the outdoor kitchen and dual TVs with a Sonos speaker system transform any meal into an alfresco event. The Grill Master of your group will feel right at home in the outdoor kitchen. Grab a seat at one of the barstools and catch up with a cold beverage, or watch the game on one of the two outdoor TV's with Sonos speaker system. We've got fun and games inside too! Practice perfecting your shot in the corner pocket with a game of pool, or challenge the gang to a round of Golden Tee! It's a classic!



The comforts of home have definitely not been forgotten. The full kitchen is ready for you to whip up any meal whether it's a quick bite before hitting up Old Town for the day, or preparing a holiday family feast. Fresh linens and towels are plentiful, and we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron? We've got that too. *Please note that master bathroom has 2 steps down into the sunken shower. This may be a challenge for guests that have difficulty with stairs*



Guest Access:

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.



Ample parking is available in the garage. Check-in is straightforward, with a digital lock for easy access.



The home is equipped with essentials like WiFi, air conditioning, and heating.

Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall features an IMAX theatre and food court with some of the finest shopping and tasty restaurants. Butterfly Wonderland is a favorite for the kiddos and a wonderful way to get in some family time. Don't forget some of the biggest events of the year are coming up including Barrett Jackson, Waste Management Phoenix Open, The Arabian Horse Show, and SPRING TRAINING!!!
