Guest Access:

Parking:

• Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles

• Overflow parking available (no overnight parking allowed)

• Please don't park in the street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.



Property Access:

• Gated community with staffed security

• Present booking confirmation at the gatehouse



Resort Access:

• Guests are provided with complimentary access to Solara Resort.

• Clubhouse amenities are available daily from 8am to 9pm and include pools, splash pad, playground, FlowRider surf simulator, restaurant, tiki bar, yoga lawn, and fitness center.

• FlowRider usage incurs additional fees; please present your reservation to gain entry.



The Neighborhood:

The gated entrance is attended 24 hours per day and just minutes from Disney World. The community is located at the end Westside in between the US192 and Champions Gate. This a great location giving you easy access to the restaurants and the theme parks.



The community features a world-class 13,000 sqft 2 storey clubhouse with onsite restaurant, communal pools, gym, kids club and a Flowrider surf pool & wake simulator, which is a first for Orlando vacation homes communities(additional fee applies). Access to the resort clubhouse is free for all onsite guests and there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout clubhouse and pool areas.



Getting Around:

Solara Resort is a gated community designed for convenience and fun! Getting around is easy, whether you're walking, driving, or using a rideshare:

• Resort Amenities: Most amenities—including the clubhouse, pool, water park, and fitness center—are just a short walk or quick drive from your vacation home.

• Parking: Free on-site parking is available in the driveway and nearby street spots for additional vehicles.

• Rideshare Friendly: Uber, Lyft, and local taxis service the area regularly—ideal for trips to nearby theme parks and restaurants.

• Theme Parks Access: Just 15–20 minutes to Disney World and other major attractions via Hwy 192 or I-4.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that we do not provide washcloths. Please bring your own washcloths to make use of during your stay.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs. is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $39 (one-time fee)

• a Highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
