Welcome to Coconut Breeze! With nine bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and 4,387 square feet of living space, it can comfortably accommodate 25 of your closest friends and family.

1. All the parks are close by. You’re in the middle of everything you came to Orlando for. Just 10 miles from Disney World and 20 miles from Universal Studios, there’s a top-tier golf course in every direction, including two Greg Norman designs just a 5-minute drive from your front door. And if shopping and dining are more your vibe, head to nearby Disney Springs, an outdoor shopping experience not to be missed.

2. It’s located within the exclusive Solara Resort. Want to take an off-day from the parks? All good! Your entire group will have access to the resort clubhouse and everything it offers, including tennis, basketball & volleyball courts, a tiki bar, a splash pad – even a wave simulator for the experienced or entry-level surfer in the family.

3. It’s a full-on play palace. Not only does this home have a backyard pool & spa (gated and covered for safe splashing around), it also has a Marvel-themed arcade in the converted garage with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and head-to-head gaming station.

4. A themed bedroom for every kid. Room selection at Coconut Breeze is, well, a breeze! Let the junior members of your group choose between rooms featuring their favorite theme-park characters, whether they’re into Frozen, Mickey Mouse, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, or Star Wars.

5. You can eat together as a group. That’s right. There’s a spot for everyone at the dining room table here, which has seating for 19! And don’t worry, the large kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates, cups, flatware, and other utensils. That means you can set a proper table without anybody having to use a random dish, glass, or fork.

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool/spa heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
- The pool and spa can only operate one at a time, not simultaneously. The spa will heat to the temperature of the pool. Once the guest turns the timer dial for the bubbles, that is what activates the heating for the spa. There are no other buttons for the guest to press.

Parking Details:
- The driveway can accommodate 2 standard cars.
- Street parking is allowed in the marked spots on the side street directly to the right of the home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
