To cover added efforts we will assess an additional automatic $300 fee - with no exceptions- to all bookings where prior conversation was not had before initiating the booking request, as it can take a few days to confirm availability with the homeowner and VRBO/Homeaway will assess us penalties for not accepting within a 24 hour window. Please review further notes and disclosure below. Please let us know if you have any questions, as payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and is binding. Please note a separate lease packet must be completed within an Agency determined time frame to complete the reservation and failure to complete the lease packet will cause automatic forfeiture of funds paid.
