-Pets Fee is $75 per pet, We love animals, but no dogs on beds or furniture. Sorry, no cats allowed. Please clean up after your pets. TWO DOG MAXIMUM
-Registered Guests, The reservation is for the guests listed on the reservation only.
-Children, Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. The house is not childproof, so please be aware of stairs, electrical outlets, balcony, etc.
-Smoking, No smoking inside, including vapes or pens. If evidence of smoking indoors is found you will incur a fee of $200.

Additionally, a smart home monitoring device is installed on the back patio that measures noise decibel levels; it does not record audio or video. All monitoring devices are located on the exterior of the property and are actively recording or measuring as described.
