The brand new mini split provides A/C and heat to each bedroom and the living room. Master bedroom has a smart tv and its own bathroom. The living room, dining room and sunroom all flow together creating a very roomy atmosphere. Enjoy the fire pit with seating for 4 on the cooler evenings (wood not provided) but Home Depot or Walmart is close by, or enjoy a game of cornhole in the private fully fenced backyard. There is an arcade style Pac-Man and Galaga or the foosball table in the sunroom. 10 minutes to airport, shopping at Cordova mall, and restaurants. Plus the event center that is 10 minutes away, enjoy shows of every kind, and hit up McGuire’s for the most amazing food and drinks right across the street. Last, but not least, Pensacola beach is only 11 miles away…without traffic it’s about a 18 minute drive. (There is a toll bridge, that you cross, you do not stop, they take a picture of you license plate, so just keep on going) but once you get there, it’s free parking, you can walk to a few different restaurants, and shops. The beach has security and lifeguards, and a public bathroom. Plus, hands down the best view, for the blue angels show.
