Welcome to Gardner Mountain Lodge! A brand-new, high-end modern mountain home designed for comfort, connection, and adventure — located directly across the street from National Forest land and the Tahoe Mountain Trail leading to Fallen Leaf Lake. This beautifully crafted retreat features luxury king suites, a bunk room for kids, a professional pool table, chef’s kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, and multiple living spaces, all just minutes from beaches, dining, and Heavenly.

Whether you’re here for winter snowshoeing, summer hikes, fall bike rides right from the front door, Gardner Mountain Lodge is your home base for year-round Tahoe adventures.

*Note: This is a brand new home, thoughtfully designed for vacations, with desired amenities, sleeping, and entertainment. There are a few items to be completed in the next few weeks, mainly more artwork and additional design elements also coming soon.

The Space
Gardner Mountain Lodge blends modern mountain design with elevated comfort and thoughtful craftsmanship — a refined retreat surrounded by nature.

The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring a plush sectional, a 75” smart TV, gas fireplace, and an open layout perfect for gathering after a day outdoors. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a huge island, generous counter space, and everything needed to cook, entertain, and enjoy meals together. A large dining table seats 10, ideal for family and holiday dinners.

A second living area offers additional space to relax or entertain, complete with another 75” smart TV and a professional pool table for friendly competition.

After a day exploring ski trails, snowshoeing, or the lake, unwind in spa-like comfort. The primary bathroom features modern finishes, including a freestanding soaking tub and a glass walk-in shower with a rain shower head, creating a resort-quality experience at home.

With trail access directly across the street and Fallen Leaf Lake just beyond, adventure truly begins the moment you step outside.

Guest & Parking Limits
Maximum of 8 guests, plus up to an extra 5 additional children under 13 years old, for a total of up to 13 guests with the kids included.
Up to 2 dogs allowed (with approval & pet fee)
Maximum of 4 vehicles — 2 allowed in the garage and 2 in the driveway (no street parking per City ordinance)

Noise & Respect
Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM (strictly enforced by the City)
No parties, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or similar large events
This is a family-friendly neighborhood — responsible groups welcome

Trash & Wildlife
South Lake Tahoe is bear country! Please secure all trash in the on-site bear box.

Age & Booking Requirements
Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay
No third-party or minor bookings

General Guidelines
No smoking, parties, or events
Security cameras monitor exterior entry points only, and noise decibel monitors present - both cameras and noise monitors are required at rentals in the City of South Lake Tahoe
All guests must sign the City of South Lake Tahoe Good Neighbor Agreement before check-in
