Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment in the heart of Lower Manhattan. Perfectly positioned between the vibrant Seaport District and the historic Financial District, this stylish two-level retreat offers both comfort and prime location.



With thoughtfully designed living spaces spread across two floors, it’s the ideal home base for families or groups seeking a cozy, well-connected stay while discovering the best of New York City.



The Space:

This apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a plush queen-sized bed for a comfortable night’s rest. The master bedroom also includes a cozy day bed, perfect for lounging or accommodating an extra guest. Two bedrooms come with private ensuite bathrooms, while the third has convenient access to a full hallway bath for added flexibility.



The unit includes a dedicated den with a baby crib to ensure a restful stay for little ones. The open-concept living and dining areas create a welcoming space to gather, unwind, and share meals, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes with ease.

Great location right in the middle of south street seaport area. Bed were super comfy. Had everything we wanted. Host responded quickly to messages, answering any questions we had. I would definitely stay again.

The host was very responsive and the condo was immaculate. It was perfect traveling with our family and college age friends, especially with the loft and 3 full bathrooms. The young adults enjoyed playing cards upstairs and having space to talk and laugh. The location was perfect for walking Seaport, the Brooklyn Bridge, traveling to Manhattan and Brooklyn, and pizza delivery. We discovered several good restaurants within walking distance and parking was a 5 minute walk. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only comment is the lock box dial has resistance to turning and I couldn't have opened it without my young travelers. All six of us had a wonderful time.

We traveled with a group of friends in our late 30s. It was a good experience overall and my friends agreed. I was trying to show my friends a really great, convenient time, and it was good for the weekend but would have liked some small touches to help the experience, like better toilet paper, and someone dropped a small chip and we had a few ants show up within 30 minutes. I also didn’t know it’d be 5 floors up. I was nervous about being close to FDR drive and the bridge due to noise, but noise was zero issue for us.But it was my first time staying in Seaport, and it is a beautiful area. Despite being 10 minutes from the closest train stop, which caused us to take more Ubers, the pier, the restaurant, and things to do in walking distance were really charming. It is also convenient to take the ferry to DUMBO and Williamsburg.The place was very clean. All of the sleeping arrangements were comfy except one of the double beds was that one you sink into and hard to shift from. 2nd Best part was that the closed street that has a huge bar over turf was playing the World Cup outdoors and it was a great vibe for plenty. Best part is that they helped us in a bind with our late check-out and I’m truly grateful for that.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting New York City. The unit is amazing, spacious and well maintained. It's located within the heart of South Street Seaport and within walking distance to the downtown attractions. A quick can ride or close to subway access to travel across the city. Jeyhun was very responsive and available throughout our stay.

Family friendly? Only if you think this is family friendly: 5 flights of stairs with no elevator and no where to keep a stroller and a room with a crib with no room darkening and no AC and bad WiFi so your camera won’t work… oh and the wonderful soothing smell of weed wafting through the thin walls when you hear the loud music bumping through the night. Want to feel like you’re in the wilderness? Stay here!! Bugs in the shower and bedrooms, no AC and no drawers to put clothes in. The AC was broken and it took the host almost 24 hours to fix even though it was almost 100 degrees out and 85 in the apt and I told him how unsafe it is for our kids. The room with the crib didn’t have ac so even when it was working in the apt, it was still boiling hot in the crib room. Stay somewhere else, trust me.
