The home features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with ceiling fans and ample storage in every bedroom, plus driveway parking for multiple vehicles. The layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and fun.

On the first floor, you’ll find a king bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast table for five and island seating for three, and a formal dining room that seats ten and opens into a cozy living room with a large swivel smart TV. A full bathroom, an additional half bath, and a full-size laundry room add convenience.

Upstairs includes a king suite with a private ensuite bath, a bedroom with two full beds, a bunk room with a full-over-twin bed, and a bedroom with two twin beds.

The game room is a guest favorite, featuring a large smart TV, comfy seating, a pool table, a classic Pac-Man arcade, and board games for all ages. Guests love the spacious layout, high-speed internet, smart TVs throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, generous dining options, and the fenced backyard!

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
