Living Spaces
Wood floors flow throughout the home, creating a warm and welcoming feel. Relax in the spacious den with a 55 inch wall mounted TV, unwind in the formal living room or office, or enjoy quiet moments in the bright sunroom. A dedicated gaming area adds even more space for fun and relaxation.
Kitchen and Dining
The open kitchen is modern and stylish, featuring dark cabinetry, striking light fixtures, and a waterfall edge island with seating for four. A butlerâs pantry includes a coffee and tea station, wine fridge, and extra storage. The main dining table seats eight, with an additional nearby table for four more guests.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The home sleeps up to eleven guests with five bedrooms upstairs plus a pullout sleeper sofa. The primary suite features a king bed, 50 inch TV, and a spa like ensuite with double vanity, walk in shower, and soaking tub. A second primary suite also offers a king bed, TV, seating area, and private bath. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds, while the fifth includes two twin beds. A full guest bathroom serves the remaining rooms, and a half bath is located on the main level.
Outdoor Space
The large backyard and patio are perfect for gathering, with seating, dining, and grilling areas. Thereâs plenty of lawn space for games, plus a swing set and slide for younger guests. Sullivanâs Island Beach is just 10 minutes away, and the airport is about 20 miles from the home.
Parking and House Rules
Driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. This is a strictly no party property. Street and grass parking are not permitted, as guests do not have neighborhood parking passes. Vehicles parked improperly will be fined $200 per vehicle. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and the home during their stay!
