Step into the open living area, where natural light fills the space and comfortable seating invites you to unwind. A streaming-capable TV makes movie nights simple, and the cozy lay-flat sofa offers additional flexibility for sleeping arrangements. Slide open the door to your private corner balcony, complete with seating and views of the canal below.



The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a dishwasher, granite counters, bar seating, and both a Mr. Coffee drip maker and a Tastyle pod-style coffee maker, making mornings effortless. Enjoy meals at the high-top dining table or take your coffee onto the balcony and start your day waterside.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, futon, dresser, closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a streaming-capable TV. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway, and the in-unit washer and dryer (behind the living room curtain) make longer stays even more convenient.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel right at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



❗ Each property has its own set of house rules. Completing your reservation confirms your agreement to follow them. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal from the property without refund. ❗
