Captain s Pride is a beautifully newly renovated two bedroom, two bath unit on 94th St in Ocean City. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. You ll love the balcony view of the canal and bay as you enjoy sunsets while sipping your favorite beverages, or step out onto the lower deck and grill up some of your favorite foods right by your private boat slip!

This condo sleeps up to 6 people! So bring your family and/or friends! If the temps get a little chilly you can switch on the electric fireplace to keep you cozy, or just to create a little ambiance.

Please be aware that guests are expected to follow our no smoking policy (this includes balconies). The building is fairly quiet and guests should be respectful of neighbors and adhere to the Ocean City noise ordinance (quiet time is midnight to 7am). Failure to follow these rules will lead to eviction with no refund.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age to book is 25. The person booking the unit must be present for the duration of the rental period. Also, minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of the stay.

Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

You ll have access to the entire unit with private balcony. You ll also have access to the shared deck (with grill), and a boat slip!

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Rental of the unit and use of the boat slip is guest acknowledgment that the guest will hold neither the unit owner, not management company, liable for any injury or damage resulting from use of the boat slip.
It is up to the boater to determine whether his/her vessel can safely navigate the canal. The average canal depth for this canal is 3 .

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash cans next to the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
