The Space:
Upon entering the home you are welcomed to a large open concept kitchen and Dinning area, connected to the Cozy Living room. A perfect space for gathering with ample seating for all guests. Peeking out the back door there is a private patio with chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings and relax. The home has 2 bedrooms: a Primary Master bedroom with connected On suite Bathroom, and a Guest bedroom also with a connected On suite Bathroom & a desk with dedicated work space. All bedrooms offer a television as well as the living room. The living room offers a comfortable Pull out Sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 guests for sleeping. The community is Lush with greenery, has 4 heated pool areas with sun loungers as well as outdoor seating areas and BBQ Grills. There is on Site Laundry Facilities available for guest use. One Dedicated parking space as well as additional free parking available. Walking distance to so many dining options, bars and shopping experiences.

Master bedroom: Queen size bed, sleeps 2 guests.
Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed, sleeps 2 guests.
Living Room: Pull Out Sofa Bed- Sleeps 2 guests.
Total accommodations is sleeping for 6 guests.

Full Access to Property and all Community spaces as well as Laundry Facilities.

The home offers Keyless entry, additionally has a lock box with a spare set of keys to access the home if needed, pool key is also provided to guest and is in the unit on the kitchen counter.

SAFETY & PROPERTY: We value the safety and security of our guests. Please recall from the listing that this property has an exterior security camera located at the front door. This camera monitors the entry point only and does not record any interior spaces.

We ask you to please respect check in and check out times, so we can properly prepare the home for future guests.

You may request early check in or late check out times and we will accommodate IF POSSIBLE. $50 fee to check in before 1pm, $50 per hour for late check outs past 11 am.

Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Doing so will result in a fine of up to $3,000.

If the police are called due to a disturbance, all guests within the rental party will be instructed to vacate the property and guests will forfeit all reservation charges.

If any pets are brought to the property without prior knowledge or consent a fine of $1000 will be imposed.


Our home is meant for the purpose of vacations, holidays, and special/temporary needs. We will not accept any residential stays where our property is used as your primary residence or home.

We will always be available to respond to any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay and will coordinate any in-person assistance you may require.
