This high-floor retreat blends resort convenience with comfortable coastal living, offering everything you need for a relaxing and memorable getaway.



Step inside to a bright and inviting living area designed for gathering and unwinding after a day in the sun. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and slider doors open to your private oceanfront balcony, the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon breezes, and oceanfront sunsets.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole group, and four Smart TVs throughout the condo ensure everyone can stream their favorite shows with ease.



The Quay is known for its extensive amenities — including indoor and outdoor heated pools, a second-floor arcade, ping-pong room, tennis courts, saunas, elevators, seasonal gift shop, and a convenient deli serving breakfast and lunch. Enjoy direct beach access and one of the best midtown locations in Ocean City, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.



All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

✹ Early check-in may be available between 1:00–3:00 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee. Please inquire in advance.

✹ Late check-out is not available.



What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. No Senior Weekers.



How do I access the property?

✹ This building requires a fob to be picked up prior to check-in. This unit utilizes an E-lock system. Your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



What is included in the complimentary starter kit?

✹ Body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life may bring shifting weather, nearby construction, or local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural environment.



If something seems off—whether it’s an appliance issue or unexpected maintenance concern—please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team responds promptly. While such issues do not qualify for refunds, we always work to resolve them as quickly as possible.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. A $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels exceeding those established by COMAR 26.02.03.02 or the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.
