Nestled directly on the banks of the San Miguel River, this beautifully updated corner-condo offers the ultimate blend of historic Telluride charm and modern ski convenience. Just steps from Lift 7 and the Gondola, you can truly enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the world-class slopes, making your mountain transition seamless.
THE SPACE:
Fresh off a fall 2025 remodel, this ground level condo runs north to south with stellar views of the San Miguel River and the Telluride Ski Resort. Viking Trail has a full kitchen and bath with access to the new on-site pool and hot tub (pool open in summer only)*. The private southern patio offers an additional private entrance and is adjacent to Telluride's wild and wonderful river trail.
LOCATION:
This condo is steps away from the base of Chair 7 and the hip and hidden eateries of the quiet west end. Jump on the river trial directly outside your door and head into town or out into the wilds of our stunning valley floor!
